A Level Results 2025

Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School is delighted to announce that this year’s outstanding A level results match last year’s best ever results with 73% of grades being awarded at A*-B.  The overall pass mark is also up a fraction on last year.

Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School is the No.1 school in Bexley at A Level for:

• A* grades - 11.4%
• A*- A grades - 40.2%

The school is the 54th leading state school in the UK and NI as per the A Level results table published by The Times on 15th August 2025.

Fifty students have achieved at least 3 A*/A grades, representing approximately 20% of the total cohort.

Fifteen students have been awarded places at Oxbridge or to read medicine or dentistry, equalling the highest number of places for medical/dental school entry ever achieved.  

138 students have been placed with Russell Group Universities before clearing.

50% or more of students received grade A* or A in the following six subject areas:

• Religious Studies with 78%  A*/A grades
• Product Design with 57%  A*/A grades
• Chemistry with 54%  A*/A grades
• Biology with 51% A*/A grades
• Mathematics with 51%  A*/A grades
• Physical Education 50%  A*/A grades
