Considering the School for Y7 September 2025 entry
Important: please do not book both a small tour AND an open event, this will allow the maximum children to view the school. Both event types are for the prospective student and ONE accompanying parent/guardian. We reserve the right to cancel tickets where both event types are booked.
Our Open Mornings are on:
- Friday, 18th October 2024, 8.45am (tickets required, for children deemed selective only)
- Friday, 18th October 2024, 9.30am (tickets required, for children deemed selective only)
- Monday, 21st October 2024, 8.45am (tickets required, for children deemed selective only)
- Monday, 21st October 2024, 9.30am (tickets required, for children deemed selective only)
- Wednesday 23rd October 2024 (2 sessions - tickets required, for children deemed selective only)
The above events will be bookable via Trybooking and tickets will be released once the results of the Bexley Selection test have been notified. There will be a staggered release, these events will accommodate a combined maximum of 840 selective children.

The above tours will be released on Eventbrite from 20th September onwards, the later dates will be reserved for children deemed selective only. These tours will accommodate a combined total of 400 children and an accompanying parent over the 13 dates.
Please revisit this page periodically for booking release dates. Please also note that Eventbrite has a feature which gives a reminder notification for when events go live, click on a scheduled event and click the orange 'remind me' button to sign up for the notification. Release dates will be staggered and are subject to change to reflect the release of the selective test results.

Parent/Carers of prospective students interested in joining the school will need to include Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School as a choice on their CAF and return to your home Local Authority by 31st October 2024 and have been deemed selective by the London Borough of Bexley.
Selective (London Borough of Bexley)
Applications for sitting the selection tests are opened by the London Borough of Bexley in May each year when students are in Year 5. Students then sit the selection test in the Autumn term of Year 6.
