Welcome to our Sixth Form

The Sixth Form has a lot to offer our students as does the school as a whole. We strive for academic achievement in the Sixth Form with a significant majority of our students going on to Higher Education.

Our students are ambitious and we have high expectations to ensure that they are able to achieve. We aim to foster a strong and positive partnership with all our students and their parents ensuring that each and every person achieves their full potential.

In order for members of the Sixth Form to be supported academically they have their own form tutor who is able to offer support and advice. They are also closely monitored with tracking reports which are published three times during Year 12 and twice during Year 13. We feel that in order for our students to be fully supported in their education communication between the school and parents is imperative. The tracking reports do this by keeping parents informed of how their child is progressing. These reports are accompanied by a full report and Parents’ Evenings.

By spending time at ‘Chis & Sid’ you will soon see the range of opportunities that are available to our students. Leadership is another aspect that is very important to us
